A Veteran's Funeral expenses
Donation protected
My father was a Vietnam Veteran who served his country proudly in the United States Army. He was a member of the Army Corps of Engineers and served overseas. 8 years ago he was diagnosed with Lymphoma caused by exposure to Agent Orange. He had a grapefruit sized tumor removed from his spinal cord, which meant 4 vertebrate with it, which left him permanently disabled and unable to work. He has endured a lot over the last 8 years. He developed the flu this past week, and sadfully last night it claimed his life. His body was just too weak to handle it. My father had no life insurance and after 8 long years of many procedures and medical bills, we are struggling to pay for his funeral expenses. I want my dad to be laid to rest with the dignity and respect he deserves and to try to lessen the financial burden my mom now faces with no income as she tries to move forward with life. This is so hard for me to ask but any donation you are able to contribute is greatly appreciated!
