Land of Opportunity

The film follows Esteban, a 17 year old undocumented student and his family living in the United States who's on the brink of obtaining a full ride athletic scholarship, but I.C.E. and their increased activity in deportations puts his dream in jeopardy.


About the director:


George Almanza has always had a passion for storytelling. This project is very personal to George as it is based on real life experiences of family and friends, and feels that making this film is relevant to what's going on today in the United States and immigration.
