Lakeland Terrier Puppy Surgery

Fred is a 7 month old Lakeland Terrier puppy that was returned to me by the people who had purchased him.  The ball portion ("head") of the femur that sits in the hip socket is fractured and he will need surgery to remove the head of the femur.  He will also need surgery to repair his knees and to be neutered.  This will be followed by therapy to regain function.  

In spite of all the pain he is in, Fred is being a very sweet puppy!  He is on pain medication while he awaits surgery, which will be done either the week of August 6th or the week of August 13th (awaiting word from the orthopedic clinic).

If you are able to help with his medical expenses, I would really appreciate it!  I was recently notified that my job has been "defunded" effective August 30th, so my finances are quite tenuous at the moment.
