Lahey's Eye Surgery Fund: Help Today

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my sweet dog, Lahey. Over the past two months, we’ve been in and out of the vet for what began as a small scratch on his cornea. Unfortunately, things quickly escalated. The scratch developed into a painful corneal ulcer, and just this past week, we received devastating news: Lahey has glaucoma and has completely lost vision in his right eye.

To make matters worse, a tumor has also developed in the same eye, and the veterinary optometrist fears it could be cancerous. After careful evaluation, our vet believes that the best—and only—option to relieve Lahey’s pain and protect his overall health is to remove the affected eye.

This has all happened so fast, and the vet bills have already taken a toll. We’re doing everything we can for Lahey, but we now need help to cover the cost of his surgery and ongoing care.
