Tania's Emergency Furnace Funding

In January, 2001, Tania's Sober House opened its doors with the goal of providing those suffering from the disease of addiction a stable and loving home environment, and guidence  as each individual embarks on their new life of recovery. Now, 15 years later, Tania's Sober House has done exactly this for over 200 men and women. Additionally, Tania Currier, home owner and "resident Den Mother", has opened her home and her heart to the entire Canaan community and beyond.  When asked about the home she has created, Tania replies that it is "God's house" and she is simply here to look after it and all those who pass through. 

Now it is Tania who needs our help. During the annivesary month of its doors opening the hot water heater, electrical pannel, and frunace have stopped working, and are in the process of being replaced. This has ammounted in close to $10,000 of repair costs in order to keep the house running.  

We have started this fund with the hope of assisting Tania with these large expenses, ensuring that her doors can remain open.  If you are reading this, there is a significant chance that Tania's generous and loving heart has positively touched your life, or the life of someone you love.
