Coming Together Through the Fire...that's what friends and family do for those they love.
We're Brittany and Katrina Smith. On January 28, 2015, our dearest and oldest friends Sonny, Breanna and their 1 yr old son, lost their first home to an accidental fire in the middle of the night, and in the dead of winter.
Sonny said "the devil was at work" (true), and to that we say "it was God who woke him up to save his family". By the grace of God, Sonny was able to wake everyone in the home and get them out safely...but they lost everything.
Although they've only had the home for just over one year, they put so much work and all they had into their new home. If any of you follow Sonny on Instagram, you know how much pride he took in building the perfect home for his family. To see something tragic like this happen to our friends just breaks our hearts.
So now we're reaching out to all of our friends and those of Sonny and Bree, to help them recover some of the things they lost. We're not asking you to break the bank, but any donation will help and will be greatly appreciated. Please spread the word!
