Joe Allen Expense Fund

Our friend, Joe Allen (SoCo Joe, Joe the Junkman) was hit by a car and sustained a broken hip & broken ocular bone.  He was admitted to Brackenridge Hospital where he underwent surgery for a hip replacement. He was released from the hospital today (1/29/15). Joe is homeless, and could really use a little help to make sure he can stay on his blood pressure medication, and eat a little healthier. We're not looking to raise a whole lot of money, but just to make sure he has a little cushion for meds & emergencies.
