Giving Chase a Second Chance

Donation protected

When my husband left for work today, we never thought that the day would end with a new family member. Driving through Worcester he spotted half a dozen people chasing a small pup around a busy road, and got them to leave so he could catch him. Little did we know that this feisty little thing would cause such a commotion! 4 hours in the crazy September heat trying to coax him out of under a car in a lot and we finally caught him with the help of the amazing Deb from Juno's Place.

We brought him straight to an emergency hospital and found this brave little guy has not only a massive heart murmur, but is in heart failure. Due to the dedicated fan base of Juno's Place we were able to get the initial funds to start his care, but he has a long road ahead of him. Whatever the cost for us, it is worth it to show him what is really means to be loved. But if there is anyone who wishes to help out with his ongoing treatments donations towards his care would not go unappreciated. We had a few moments where we were able to get him to take treats from our hands, and have discovered under his fear and survival mode there is a darling little lap dog who is stuck in a world where people leave animals they dont want on the street. We are just counting down the minutes until we can take him home and begin the rest of our lives together
