Single Mom with Breast Cancer.

My name is Kim Jones. I am a 41 year-old single Mom, with a 14 year-old daughter, Kylee Rose. We live here in Hull, where I was born and raised. I’m writing because we really need some help.
I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 10 months ago. I'm currently in my fourth month of Chemo; I still have to go in for treatment once a week for the next 8 months.
I’m unable to work during this period, because of my Chemo appointments, and I am often sick from the treatments. I have been denied Social Security (and have since reapplied), so I currently have no source of income what-so-ever and honestly, I'm scared.
Because of my situation, my daughter and I could lose our apartment. Thankfully, I have recently received help to pay my rent for November and December. I am now concerned about January and the months to come. I need to keep a roof over my daughters head.
I also need help with the co-payments for my treatment appointments, I am currently behind and there is a chance they will stop taking me in unless I am paid up.
Helping to give my daughter a nice Christmas is really important to me, too. She has gone through a lot with me being in treatment.
I feel uncomfortable even asking, but I really have no choice at this point.
Any help you could give us would be appreciated more than you know.
Thank you so much,
Kim and Kylee Rose
