Let's talk ... 

Over 5 years ago I got diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder (PSTD)
I have suffered from this nearly all my adult life. Those who know might find this hard to believe,  I hid it very well 
The reason is irrelevant if you have PSTD or depression you have it regardless. Sometimes I fealt others had it worse than me and never wanted to talk , I know others feel the same as I did .....let's talk 
It can be a very lonely Somedays I didn't know who I was , my mind was trapped in a prison with someone else controlling my thoughts and body.
I've been In very dark places , alcohol and was an escape for me and had to battle that too.
Even social media can be brutal watching people happy can make things worse, I often came on and off social media beacuse i fealt my life was empty .
I know there are others like me who haven't seeked help or spoken to someone
It doesn't matter why you have issue you've just got them I understand so do others we just need to talk ,
It got to a point I couldn't cope any longer I needed to do something I couldn't carry on ....dark dark dark times ..in the end I talked 
And the Best thing I ever did was talk and with help from friends and loved ones I battled against my demons, 

Let's get people talking , I know people how have been effect by mental health issues either had them  or someone who's lost someone beacuse of them , 

So I've decided to run the World famous coal race to awareness , to get people talking

talk to anyone
