Hi Everyone!
Thank you so much for giving me a moment of your time. I have created this Gofundme in order to raise funds to remove my breast implants. Unfortunately, one of my implants has now ruptured and has has been slowly poisoning my body. What started out as mild nerve pain has turned into chronic headaches, daily nausea, numbness on the left side of my body, and joint pain. If my implants are not removed immediately there is some damage that may be irreversible. Insurance does not cover cosmetic surgeries and I do not have time to wait months to save, as my symptoms are currently increasing. I will not be replacing my implants, they will be permanently removed. Whether it is one penny or $20 any amount donated will assist in me taking the step to return to my full health.
5 years ago I had extremely low self esteem and a poor body image. With the hopes of increasing my confidence I decided to get a breast augmentation. Looking back today I wish I would have had the confidence to accept my authentic self. I hope that my own trials and tribulations with plastic surgery can encourage other women to avoid taking such large risks for the sake of society's definition of beauty. Doctors may tell you the risks involved but at the end of the day their goal is to make a sale, not to be truly mindful of your health and the harmful effects of such a huge decision. Please use me as an example to love and embrace yourself as you are. I promise you are perfect in whatever shape or form you were created!
