Westlake Firefighters is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Francis Hidalgo.
On the morning of July 15th, 2020,  the life of one of our firefighters, Francis Hidalgo, was changed forever. His daughter 17-year-old Kyla Hidalgo, was tragically murdered, and 14-year-old daughter was kidnapped. Thankfully, his 14-year-old daughter was found safe hours later and the suspect has since been arrested. No parent ever plans to have to bury their own child and as such is not financially prepared. We ask that you donate whatever amount possible, no amount is too small or too big. The money received will go towards any expenses that may arise out of this tragedy for Frank and his family.  KPLCTV News Story
