AUSTIN'S RECOVERY

My name is Sarah Twardzik, and I am a close friend of Austin Bomok's family. I am starting this page so that he can be brought back to his family. They so desperately need this.

Around 11 AM, on Saturday, July 16th, 2022, Austin fell off the side of a boat while fishing at DORE LAKE, SASKATCHEWAN - Michel Point. Search efforts have been underway by water, air, and land, but Austin has yet to be located.

Anyone that has had the pleasure of being in Austin's presence experienced his undeniable charisma, kindness and genuine heart. He had a passion for all things outdoors and was extremely athletic. He was accepted into the Canadian Armed Forces and advanced his ranking to Corporal. Aside from his many accomplishments, his most prominent love and passion was for his family. The bond he shared with them will never be broken.

Austin's family is completely heartbroken. Since receiving the initial news of the incident, they have all been tirelessly searching for him. The local residents of Dore Lake have generously provided accommodations, meals, transportation, fuel and around-the-clock support.

They now need their own equipment and funds to provide resources to continue the search for Austin.

There have been donations made to specific volunteer rescue groups; however, the profits raised through this organization will go directly to the family to continue to fund the resources in the means of accommodations, food, fuel and outsourcing local aircraft.

Any donations are beyond appreciated during this difficult time.

Please help us bring Austin home.
