Kidney/pancreas transplant

I was a police officer for 23 years my health failed in 2015.  I lost my site due to high blood pressure and diabetes. Shortly after that my kidneys failed and I need a double transplant kidney/pancreas. I’m trying to raise the money for expenses and medical deductible..
