Kween B Brooklyn Ledesma

Brooklyn was Born 11/2/2012 with a congenital heart defect (CHD) cardiomyopathy. She lived in the glass tower for 15 months before she was gifted w/ a golden heart on 9/3/13. She proved to everyone that miracles do happen, she is a fighter, and a true warrior princess. Anyone who knows Brooklyn knows she fought CHD fearless, and she never gave up! Countless surgeries, follow ups, and labs that she faced with a smile. With a broken heart we announce that Brooklyn gained her angel wings on 05/30/2019.

This fund has been created to directly support The Ledesma Family as they find their footing and forge their way along this path they’d never imagined. A path no parent, or no child should ever have to go through. While we don’t know precisely what those costs will be, we can only imagine. Nothing can ever prepare for the sudden death of a child.

While nothing will fill the void of the loss of sweet Brooklyn, a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, a cousin, a niece, a beautiful soul. These funds will help Alex and Stephanie as they deal with this unexpected heartbreak. Any size donation will make a difference as they grieve and work towards any expenses for Brooklyn’s celebration of life that she deserves.
