In 2017 Kutt'n'Up Entertainment opened our own studio, N the Kutt, and we are seeking your support to create a more inclusive space and ease the financial burden for our young dancers and their families as we recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your contribution will:
1. Waive one month of dues for our company members
2. Install new flooring to create a space that welcomes dancers of all styles
3. Purchase ballet barres to support dancers in their technical training
Over the years Kutt’n’Up has developed into a dance company directed by Koach T (Tyrone Crosby) that has molded youth from the greater Seattle area into respectable, athletic and well-rounded young adults. Members from ages 8 to 18 learn to dance at a professional level. Many of our veteran dance members have and continue to successfully further their dance careers in LA, St. Louis, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and China. The community support these dancers have received over the years has been overwhelmingly beautiful.
We have been blessed to have rehearsal space partnerships with Rainier Beach Community Center, Rainier Community Center, Van Asselt Community Center, Velocity Dance Center, MLK Fame Community Center - DASSdance Center, Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute, Garfield Community Center, and Garfield Teen Life Center, and we are so thankful for all of them. On April 30th, 2017 we opened our own studio, N the Kutt. We are asking and thanking our greater community for the support in keeping this dream alive!
