Kumar's Medical Fund

I recently met some of the kindest and most hardworking people you could come across, Kumar and Divya.

At Christmas time, Kumar suffered a stroke in front of his family and friends. He was rushed to the Emergency Room and is on his way to recovery, however the days following his incident have been the most stressful, exhausting and financially taxing days of their lives.


Kumar’s out of pocket monthly medical fees are beyond what their family can currently handle. These fees include the 8 medications he must take daily for the rest of his life as well as his monthly doctor visits.  They are vital to his recovery and imperative in preventing continuous damage to his heart, another stroke or heart attack. 

Along with his current prescription medication fees, Divya and Kumar are struggling to pay the high Emergency Room costs. They are paying the hospital monthly, but these fees are another huge financial burden. 

This is the first time I’ve created a GoFund me page, as Kumar’s wife, Divya, has touched my heart. Their work ethic and determination in the face of adversity is beyond admirable.

It can be hard to ask for help, however this is a massive financial endeavor for their family and we are asking for assitance in any way. Any dollar amount is beyond appreciated.  If you cannot donate, we simply ask that you share this so it may reach as many people as possible. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
