Kathy Parks passed away on Saturday, 1/23/15 at Sunrise Hospital. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a heart full of love and always tried to help anyone in need. She was notorious for putting others ahead of herself. If you needed help, she'd be your advocate and do everything she could to make it right.
While she had been struggling with her health in recent years, her death was unexpected and extremely heartbreaking--especially for her three sons, RJ, Jarrett and Sean. Today we researched funeral homes, and the costs are staggering. Kathy's savings were virtually depleted in paying medical bills, so the boys are having difficulty coming up with the funds.
Many people have offered their support and help. The number one way you can do that is to help these boys defray the funeral costs. Instead of flowers, please donate to this fund. Any amount donated will be appreciated so much by RJ, Jarrett, Sean. Big or small, every penny will go toward the funeral costs.
