Stan the Man

Donation protected
As many of you may already know my dad, Stan Petts was injured on Monday. For those of you that know my dad, the thing he loves most is spending time with his children and grandchildren. My dad and sister were long-boarding on Monday at Bear Creek Lake when he had a serious fall. He hit a rock while going fifteen to twenty miles per hour and it sent him crashing into the asphalt. He broke and dislocated his shoulder, shattered his knee cap and busted some teeth in his mouth. He has already had surgery to repair the damage in his shoulder. They also put metal rods through the sides of of his legs to keep his knee immobile so they can operate on his knee within a few weeks. As terrible as this injury may seem the doctors have told us that if he hadn't used his shoulder to break his fall he more than likely would have died. He crashed with a 600 pound force behind him. His skull couldn't have handled that. My dad has a very long recovery ahead of him and he will more than likely be out of work for at least twelve weeks. Stan is the kind of person that would do anything for anyone. Hopefully we can all rally around him in his time of need so he can be focused on getting better. If you are able to donate any little bit will help. If you can't, prayers and good vibes are also appreciated. Thanks
