Kris Bartel short term disability

Kris Bartel, a Omni Air International 777 First Officer was recently diagnosed with a condition that will keep him from performing his duties. Unfortunately, it may take several months before Kris can return to work. Kris does not have short term disability and Omni is his sole source of income.
