Kooler Bar Childrens Fun Day & Memorial Fund

After the very recent passing of John Collier better known the the adults and children of inner city  Leeds as Kooler Bar. This was a man who touched the life of every single child in the areas of Chapletown, Harehills, Roundhay & all the other area he worked. So much more than an ice cream man, this mans generosity had absolutely no bounds and would never ever leave a child without an ice cream. He chose to work in the poorer inner city areas of Leeds and he gave so much to those communities. He supported every single charity event,  especially those involving young people. I have set up this page so we can give back to him as much as he gave to us. We have lost one of the most influential & important people in our community. The city of Leeds will feel his loss for May many years to come. I have set up this page to help his family with the funeral costs, as a way of the communities he served for so long & as a way of us thanking him for all his decades of generosity. I will set up this page then I urge all the community leaders to take control of this fund and distribute the funds accordingly. I will hand over all page details when to the community leaders when this has been done. Thank you all. Please give generously and give this absolute legend of a man the send off he deserves, while hopefully we can have some kind of memorial set up for him.

After speaking to his son. Both he and the family have decided that all monies raised from this fund should go to a memorial in remembrance of Kooler Bar as well as a family & children’s fund day. Jon Paul Collier will be heavily involved in any decision made at every point. Thank you all and still keep giving generously.
