An Indian family from Hyderabad, India, Sam Konda and Swetha Devaputra live in Christchurch, New Zealand with their two children, ages 7 years and 7 months. This past week their family from India (father and sister) were visiting them. And they got in a terrible head-on-head collision and all six people were injured and hospitalized.
Your financial support would mean so much to the family right now. They will have a lot of hospital bills. They're also 2.5 hours away from their home right now and will need lodging and care.

Sam Konda: Has fractures in left hand and right leg and may need extensive surgery to recover.
Swetha Devaputra: has injured leg, minor harms on the face.
7-year-old child: has head injury with possible brain hemorrhage and dislocation of the right leg. Further neurological investigation is still under process.
6-month-old child: has survived the accident with no injuries, but he is traumatized since he is separated from his mom without his normal feedings.
Sheetal Devaputra: has minor injuries but no life-threatning injjuries.
Sukumar Devaputra (father): broken chest rib with minor injuries; he is a heart patient, diabetic and suffering from high blood pressure.
The family has stated that any money not used will be refunded.
