Send Pierre Home for Christmas

Pierre is turning 40! He's been working hard in school and recently received his Masters Degree in International Development Economics from the University of San Francisco.
Let's help him celebrate his accomplishments by sending him and Rebecca to Cameroon for Christmas to visit his family for the first time since his arrival in the U.S. in 2003! Our goal is $6,000, which will pay for two flights, incidentals, and other travel expenses home to Cameroon. 10% of all money raised for the trip, plus any money above and beyond what is needed for travel will be donated to the ELCA Malaria Campaign (www.elca.org/malaria) in Pierre's honor, to help save the lives of children in Africa.
Pierre's birthday is November 30, so the goal is to raise all money by that date. We would like this gift to be a SURPRISE for Pierre. So, please feel free to share this page liberally, but don't mention it to him (he's not currently active on FaceBook ;-).
