Kittenea Kittens need veterinary care

This summer, a feral cat had seven kittens in our chimenea when it was 110 degrees outside. We went out and bought a pop up canopy tent to give them shade, and she kept them there, in the chiminea, during intensely hot weather, for the first week or so, before moving them elsewhere for a few weeks.

Three of those kittens survived, and mama cat brought them back to the yard where they were born. We have been feeding them, providing outdoor shelters, and socializing them, since the middle of August.

We have been asking for someone/some rescue to take them- for 4 months-posting pleas on social media, on rescue pages, and pet pages....and asking friends to share -- but no one could take them.

SO--Due to the fact that they are growing up, we have now paid to have them spayed and neutered (two girls and one boy).

Thankfully, some generous friends helped us pay for this.

These make our 18th TNRs in this neighborhood.

Now, the Humane Society has said that they may be able to take them into their adoption program, BUT, in order to consider them for the program, we have to get them to a vet, and have them checked out, AND get them their "kitten shots" first!

These appointments (two visits needed, for three kittens) were not something we thought we would ever have to pay for, having hoped that they would be adopted by now.

We don't need much, but any help you can offer would be MOST appreciated, especially as this is hitting us right at the holidays, and AND right after we had to spend a relatively large amount at the vet for our oldest kitty, Annabel, today... UGH.

HOPEFULLY, we can surrender them to the Humane Society in January for adoption. THANK YOU!!
