Kitten Needs a second Chance
Donation protected
This fundraiser is to help Whisker City Feline Rescue pay for the amputation surgery for little kitty "Chance".
Little Chance is still in surgery at the time of this post. A good samaritan found her entangled in the blackberry bushes after hearing faint weak cries of a cat. This happened at about 5:30 this morning. His house is separated from the freeway by a chainlink fence. He dug out a patch of dirt and freed the kitten and called Whisker City.
The veterinarian estimated Chance to be about 5 months old. The Vet believes she was most likely thrown out of a car window on to the freeway. Her back left femur and hip are fractured so badly they need to amputate that leg. They also are removing the top of her back right femur.
This little angel is in otherwise perfect health and has won over the hearts of the entire veterinary hospital and her rescuers.
Whisker City is a small 501c3 non profit rescue and depends on the support of individual donors. Please help pay for little Chances surgery! We will post an update as soon as she is out of surgery.
Be part of giving this kitten a second CHANCE!!!
