Dear grad donors,

Through your generous support, we are able to offer our class of 2021 some opportunities to make it a memorable grad.

Your donations are helping to enhance the grad ceremony, which will be held on Friday June 18th at Kitsilano Secondary. Parents are not allowed inside to watch, but they may greet their grads upon exit. Your donations will provide a red carpet walk upon entry, balloons, a congratulations banner, roses to be handed out, floral arrangements, gift of a custom picnic blanket, and prepaid photographic services for some lovely candid pics by a professional photographer!

Your donations are also funding the grad picnic - a safe, fun, outdoor event , which will be taking place Tuesday June 22nd. A catered picnic lunch will be fully paid for each grad. The student grad committee will be sharing details with their fellow students this week, with ordering & location information.

With the province on track to allow for 50 person indoor organized gatherings, we polled the students to gauge interest in doing a formal grad dinner. (no dancing, unless guidelines allow for it). We had a huge response, so we have several ballrooms on hold to fit these numbers following safety guidelines. Location: the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel, on Saturday June 26th. Though it is LAST MINUTE, we appreciate any additional support in helping offset the tremendous costs associated with putting together such an event in such a short amount of time. Our grads are worth it, so we try our best to make it as special as possible.
