Kitchen repair costs

Hi, I own a trailer in the Takhini Trailer Court and have been renting a room out trying to help people who couldn’t find anything else to rent. A year ago, I took in a Japanese national who at first was polite and quiet, but in August he started running up large internet over usage charges. I told him that if he continued to do this, I would disconnect the internet entirely; then at this point my tenant became aggressive with me. As I’m a short skinny guy, and for my safety, I moved into my co-worker’s place and issued an eviction notice to my tenant. The police advised me to stay away until after the eviction notice took effect. As a last effort to cause me harm, and before running back to Japan, my tenant unscrewed my kitchen faucet and left the water on which flooded out my kitchen and caused a lot of damage to the trailer. When I was able to get back into the trailer I saw the damage, but this has caused me a huge financial loss as I work from paycheque to paycheque. Any help, even if it’s just sharing this post will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
