Every once in a while someone comes into your life and they make a lasting positive impact. I have experieced this with a co-worker and friend. Kristin and I have worked together in a pre-school for two years. Over these two years we have become friends and she is someone who I often look to for advice, comfort, and support. Without Kristin my daily life would be very different and she helps make coming to work each day a wonderful experience.
A little over a year ago Kristin married her college boyfriend, Bryce. Bryce and Kristin are perfect for each other and seeing them together will make anyone believe in true love. They are both caring, loving, honest, and wonderful people! I've never believed in soul mates until seeing Kristin and Bryce together. The joy they have together is contagious and instantly makes others around them happy. At some point in almost every relationship a couple will discuss having a family. A family is something they have always wanted and they looked forward to starting their journey as parents.
Somethings in life do not go as planned. Kristin and Bryce have been suffering from fertility issues. The joy of being pregnant and having a family seems like something that will just come naturally. We spend our lives seeing babies, children, and pregnant women at every corner so its assumed that having a family is an easy accomplishment. However this is not the case for everyone and it is incredibly heart breaking while causing so many painful emotions.
Recently Kristin and Bryce have been doing testing and treatments at Shady Grove Fertility in Frederick, MD. With a few unsuccessful treatments, the next step is IVF. This treatment is extremly expensive and emotionally draining. Like most people, Kristin and Bryce do not have $20,000 floating around for them to use. They have already spent a portion of their income and savings on previous treatments praying that they would work. It took me awhile to get Kristin to agree to this page. She does not like having this attention and she does not like having others help her, even though she helps anyone and everyone who needs it.
She finally agreed and I couldn't be happier! She and Bryce deserve a child more than anyone I know!! They will be the most amazing parents in the world!!! :) I am asking for any donation that you are able to make. Any little bit helps and will go a long way! I am so thankful for everyone who reads this, donates, or shares this page! All of you are amazing for taking time to read this and support this wonderful family!!!
