Kings Necropsy

On July 1 my 16 year old cat passed away. This is the problem. I went into my vets 11 weeks prior requesting he be put down because I suspected he had a tumor behind his eye and wished a peaceful death for him. The attending vet decided she knew what was wrong with him and explained all he needed was for the eye to be removed that her cat had the same thing. $800 later and 11 weeks my cat began seizures that he never had before that time. It was on a saturday and I really thought he would have passed once a grand mall hit him. 36 hours later he finally passed. It was the worst time I have ever been through. I thought about it for a long while and finally my daughter & I went to retrieve his medical records. When I realized the doctor had never given him an x ray I feel I was right in my initial analysis of his ailment and that when she took the eye out she must have seen the tumor and said nothing. I feel by her pulling out the eye it made room for the tumor to grow and it did, right to his brain. He could have had a peaceful death but because of her malpractice by not listening to me and doing an xray she caused my cat to die a lingering and violent death. I need to get this exam done and bring her to face her mistakes before she does this to someone else's pet. I am asking help with the cost because after the $800 operation that I am still paying on I just can not afford it. I did bury him but the next day I dug him up and placed him in my meat freezer (it's empty except for him) where I am keeping him until I can have this done. If you can help me bring justice to his remains I would greatly appreciate it and yes I am suing if it comes out I was correct. I would even be willing to return the money if this is the case as I suspect with great conviction it is.
