King Cody Surgery

I’ve made this for my dog king Cody, a 3yr Pomeranian. Cody has been diagnosed with Patellar luxation both his knees, we’ve tried to keep him comfortable with pain medication but nothing has helped him. Today we took him to the vet because he couldn’t stand up or walk. Our vet told us he needs surgery ASAP. We have a consultation oct 7th but I don’t think he’ll be able to make it. I don’t want to ask for money but there’s no way we can pay for it right now, so I’m making this as my last option for king Cody.
