Kimsey's vandalized home repairs

Donation protected
David and Amanda Kimsey's DeRidder, Louisiana home has been broken into and severely vandalized. The Kimsey's transferred to Montana for David's job several months back and placed their Home for Sale. While vacant, sitting on the market, some young kids broke into their home and vandalized it. They flooded the house by turning on all faucets and plugging drains, started a fire in the kitchen, spray painted all walls, doors, and light fixtures, etc. The estimated repairs are $60,000 per the insurance company. The insurance company also is refusing to pay because they say the Kimsey's should have notified them that the home was vacccant for more than 90 days and the policy would have been changed to a high risk policy. Amanda has spoken to an attorney and nothing can be done about it. So the Kimsey's are having to come out of pocket to  make the repairs.  The goal is just to save the house to get it rentable. They no longer have the option of selling because they will owe too much on the house once repairs are made. The Kimsey's were able to get a loan  for $38,000, but this is not enough for all repairs. Please help this sweet couple out by donating if you can. Any amount helps!
