kimberleys mastectomy surgery and reconstruction

At the age of 43 Kimberley was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent a lumpectomy to remove the cancer but because of her young age she needed medication to stop the cancer returning ( a hormone blocker ), because she was pre-menopausal. She has been unable to tolerate any of the medications and has suffered terrible side effects. Now her option is to undergo a double bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. Her only wish is to recover from this and get on with life with her partner and children and to put cancer behind her.
