Kim's road to recovery

Last fall Kim and Steve Harwood were spending their days enjoying life and helping their son Kyle and his fiance Kayla plan their upcoming wedding.
In October Kim got the the worse news anyone could receive, Stage 4 lung cancer which had spread to her brain.
She decided right then to fight this fight with no surrender. She started radiation to
her  brain and chemotherapy for her lungs. She continues to work as much as she can,
sometimes the chemo causes severe fatigue and makes it difficult to work. She rearranges her schedule to accommodate those days, as well to cover the appointments and testing she must do.

In December good news came when her daughter Kaitlyn became engaged to Phillip.
In January at her 3 month follow up scans after this treatment phase was complete,
finding showed 2 new lesions in her brain and new lesions in her lungs. This will require
a new treatment plan which are in the works. In the meantime the medical bills continue to rise.

We are reaching out to friends , family and extended friends of all to help decrease the financial burdens on Kim and her family during this difficult time .
We appreciate anything that you would be willing to donate  to this cause, to decrease the emotional stress caused by these medical bills and lost wages.

We her friends, co-workers, family, will always be there by her side strong, together as one, to support her on this road to recovery.
