Kim Lovendahl's cancer care

As many of you know, our dear friend-mother-wife-grandmother-teacher-quilter-crafter-reader, Kim has been battling terminal colon cancer for 16 months. It metastasized in her liver and has spread into other areas in her body as well. She has been through many rounds of chemo and most recently is on a drug that costs $17,000 per round (one month)! While insurance picks up most everything at this point, she is facing another deductible of close to $4,000. The drug that she is taking also really takes a toll on her. Kim and Erik so appreciated the meals that people brought them in the past, but Kim experiences severe reaction to the drug which makes eating difficult or painful. It would be nice if she was able to purchase meals from Grubhub or grocery store delivery services. They have also gotten rid of their second car because the drugs often interfere with the ability to drive. We are trying to raise $6,000  to help take off the burden of this ongoing battle.
