Kim Burgess’s Fighting Cancer Fund

In December, 2017 our friend Kim was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer Stage 2.  Since then she has been soldiering through her chemotherapy to be followed by surgical intervention and radiation treatments.  Kim is on leave from her teaching job in Taylor, MI.  Her husband Jamey is self employed.  Together they are raising two children.  Kim’s medical insurance carries a high deductible and copay.  The family has begun to look for financial assistance to help with the mounting bills.
