Kill cancer for Rick

It was like a bolt of lighting hit me.  I went into the hospital for a MRI for a bad rotator cup and the next thing I knew a doctor walked and said I have multiple myeloma a cancer of the plasma cells.  I just sat on the bed and did not say a word.  Everything starts to turn in your head, and you think about your family and realize that is the most important thing in your life.  The photo that you guys see is the last vacation my wife and I were on.  I do not won't that to end because of cancer.  The prognosis is very encouraging.  Going through chemotherapy twice a week and in 6 months I will be in the hospital for 4 weeks for a stem cell transplant.  The medicine is very expensive.  I take one pill a day which is $674.  Plus the treatments are very costly.  I have worked all my life and I am still trying to work, but have been out of work for a month.  The bills still come and I can not and I will not put this on my wife.  The funds will help with medicine and some bills.  This will also, help to take some of the pressure off of my wife.  I have never ask anybody for donations and It is hard for me to do but, I realize sometimes you can't do it by yourself.  Any donation would be appreciated.  Thank you.
