Sweet & Loving Austintown Middle School Student Kristeena “Kiki” Kollar was born with V.A.T.E.R Syndrome and undergoes many surgeries every year since birth to help repair what this is doing to her body on the inside. In April KiKi will undergo two major surgeries in NYC to help repair her spine and other major areas that needs to be repaired. Every surgery KiKi comes out smiling & never complains about what she endures each time. Her love for her family & others just pours from her sweet smile and words of postitivity to the whole world.
Join us in helping raise money to help the Kollar Family with expenses of the surgeries and the cost of their time while KiKi recovers in NYC.
Both parents are employed but have no pay of medical leave. They can be in NYC for upto 1 month at this point.
We will be holding a Benefit Spaghetti Dinner in Canfield @ St Micheals Parish Hall Sat April 23rd 5-9 PM

The Syndrome KiKi was born with is V.A.T.E.R.
The initials in V.A.T.E.R. syndrome refer to five different areas in which a child may have abnormalities: Vertebrae, Anus, Trachea, Esophagus, and Renal (kidneys). There may also be cardiac and limb conditions, which changes the acronym to V.A.C.T.E.R.L. A child diagnosed with one of these syndromes will not necessarily have a problem in every area, but a constellation of birth defects involving many of the areas
