Kiera's Hair Donation

Tax deductible
For the last 2 years I've been growing my hair to donate it to the Little Princess Trust in March 2021. The Little Princess Trust provides wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.

Along side that, I'm raising money for IIH UK (Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension) as I suffered with this in 2016 causing me to have a brain injury.

IIH is a disorder related to high pressure in the brain. It causes signs and symptoms of a brain tumor. It is also sometimes called pseudotumor cerebri or benign intracranial hypertension.  IIH happens when too much cerebrospinal fluid - the fluid around the brain and spinal cord  - builds up in your skull. This puts extra pressure on your brain and on the optic nerve in the back of your eye.

More information about IIH UK: IIH UK is dedicated to providing sources of information and support to people with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH), and all who support them. We strive to promote awareness and campaign for funding to facilitate research into IIH and advocate the Charity's public, social and support activities.
