Kids Custom Compression Clothing

I’m Virginia Dubois, a disabled stay-at-home mom of two toddlers.

My daughter, Lea, was born premature and diagnosed with muscle and sensory challenges that required compression garments. It quickly became apparent that the products available were expensive and took weeks to arrive; nothing local was available.

I created a compression vest without any tags or itchy distractions for Lea, simply tweaking the design again and again until it was perfect. One vest turned into multiple vests, designs, and other sensory products such as tunnels and body socks that piqued her interest. I was approached numerous times by parents interested in her compression tank tops; where could they buy one too?

I teamed up with Liane Norman to bring these same tools that Lea loves to other families. We want to patent a design and begin providing it to our community as an out-of-the-box, beautiful and affordable compression garment. I currently have my products in stores and online through ‘On The Ball Pediatric Physio and Occupational Therapy.

It’s important to me that I also meet the needs of the parents. My items are all compression-based and can be worn as beautiful tank tops in the summer or as undershirts for a seamless transition into winter. They are machine washable for quick turnaround of wearability and reduce parents' workload!

I have a passion for continuing this compression line and expanding it to fit all families and lifestyles. I now need another serger machine, mannequin equipment, and bulk fabric to make my products accessible and affordable.

Please help me get this business up and running to create garments and tools that change the way we look at therapy clothing. I’m going to make therapy clothing beautiful, accessible and affordable.
