Kidney Transplant Medications

I never thought that I would be in a position where I would be asking for help, but here I am asking for help for my mom.

10 years ago I lost my dad to a massive heart attack. He died at home infront of my family.  Its been a whirlwind of a journey since then, and the chaos never seems to end. Along with dealing with the grief of my dad, my sisters and I have feared the worst for my mom throughout the years, My mom ( Terry McNamee) has Lupus and because of the Lupus her kidneys have been failing. Over the years we've watched her health deteriote and the stress bombard her. Due to her health she us unable to work, and not having my dad has left her struggling for money, always. 

I have been in the process of having my own health and compatibility testing done to see if I am a match for my mom. We found out that I am. Today we found out that her kidneys are in complete renal failure and we are looking at a transplant within the next 6 weeks. This came sooner than I ever thought. We have been told what the cost of medications will be post operation and my mom just cant afford it. Insurance doesnt help at all.

I am asking if anyone can help us out it would be so much appreicated.  The medications are neccessary to keep my kidney living in my mom. The transplant is non -negtionable. I cannot lose my best friend.
