Need a Kidney transplant in Nebraska

My name is conrad!im 48. I live in Colorado. Back in 2011 I ended with a kidney disease! Since then I had to go through tests in university hospital in Denver for a kidney transplant! Have been in the list in Denver for the last 5 years! June of 2018! Started dialysis! Because Kidneys shutdown! Now I was giving about information about Nebraska transplant! And tested in January 2019 everything went well to where Nebraska said there could be a possibility of a transplant with in weeks!! So I need help getting there when the call comes in! Please help.!!
