Kidney for Lionel!

We are reaching out to you on behalf of my dad with the hope that you can help me share this news far and wide. My dad Lionel Rotherham is 64 years old, and lives in Harahan, Louisiana. He is in need a kidney transplant, and  a living donor is his best chance for a match. As you may know, he has had a kidney disease most of his life.  Up until now he has been able to maintain daily function within his current kidney’s. Recently they have began declining and we have begun the process of a transplant. He wants to be healthy again! He wants to enjoy a long life with our family and most importantly his kids and grandchildren.  I know he is looking forward to the day that he isn’t tired, unwell and can live life to the fullest. A kidney from a living donor can save his life.

We are setting up this GoFundMe to support the person who comes forth and offers our dad a chance. We know this is a HUGE thing to ask of someone, but we want to make sure whoever donates is comfortable in their finances since recovery time is about 2-3 weeks.
