Kidney for a King

In 2015 I was diagnosed with Crescentic IGA Nephropathy, an auto-immune disorder that has taken away my kidney function over time and I have been on dialysis for over a year. Currently, the next recommended treatment would be a Kidney Transplant. We have gone through the approval process, been accepted, currently on the recipient list and actually have a donor in place.  We suspect that the surgery will happen in the next 1 to 3 months!! While we do have insurance, it will not cover every medical expense. So, we are reaching out to Family, Friends, and Acquaintances for thoughts, prayers, and financial assistance.  Your support will go directly to medical bills, prescriptions, surgery, and recovery. Any support not used for medical purposes will go to the American Kidney Fund or directly to Kidney Disease Awareness. We are asking as many people as we can to get involved, be aware and get tested! Kidney Disease is the 8th leading Killer and knowledge is KEY!
