Khairat’s Home Coming

UPDATE: Khairat has yet to be released to the family for burial. Khairat’s body is still being held by the Ghanian authorities and has not been released for burial due to the slow processing of Covid-19 cases. 24 hour fly back arrangements have been made with the US military for her to return on one of the flights that continue to leave daily. While visiting family in Ghana Khairat became severely ill and unfortunately he medical professionals were unable to save her. She died of an unknown illness Eid weekend. Khairat has not yet been buried. Please help bring her home to rest close to her mother.
