In need of surgery

I am trying to raise money for a friend. She is in desperate need of a serious surgery. She has had endometriosis for a couple years now and after spending thousands of dollars on previous surgeries nothing is helping. The endometriosis has progressed to stage 3 and is growing from her uterus, ovaries, bladder and intestines. She now has one last chance at this final surgery which is going to cost $10,000.00 and the closest specialist is 14 plus hours away. She was trying to put the surgery off but she is in so much pain and has recently starting to take days off of work because the pain is unbearable. Her dream is to have children with her fiance since her mother passed away a couple of years ago but with the endometriosis she may not be able to have children. As time goes by her chances of having kids gets less and less, this surgery is the only hope she has left to have children and not be in excruciating pain 24/7. Anything will help. Thank you so much!
