California Training Camp

This past May I moved to Edmonton to pursue my pole vaulting and continue my education. This year has been a great one and I finally broke the 4 meter barrier after four years of struggle. I started my second degree this fall in education at the University of Alberta. Next year I begin my practicums and start to student teach. After I finish my education degree in 2017 I plan on continuing to train and see where this sport can take me.
This indoor season so far has been my best to date! The last few years have been an adjustment with driving from Calgary, new training programs, and injuries so my indoor personal bests are not as high as my outdoor. My plan is to continue this momentum to the outdoor season and that starts with a training camp in the spring. I plan on flying to LA the same day that I finish my exams April 14th. I then hope to compete at mount sac the next day, followed by Long Beach and a total of three other meets over the span of 18 days. Five meets in 18 days is a great way to jump start my season and ensure I’m jumping high early on. I’ve been down to California pervious years but never for this amount of times and meets. At this time in Alberta the weather is very variable, and therefore I cannot get the quality competitions in as I would in California.
The reason I decided to start this account is I need help. I am currently in five courses, and am taking two spring and a summer course. I train five days a week, coach once a week, and waitress twice a week. I obviously have a fully loaded schedule and simply picking up more shifts at work isn’t possible and won't help my training situation either.
My budget for the training camp:
April 14th- May 2nd
accommodations: 18 nights x ~$50 per night = $900
flights: ~$550
food: ~$200
poles/transportation: ~$350
total: $2,000
