My Brother's Medical Fund

Our brother and friend Kevin Lombardi was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in July of 2016. At first there was hope of surgery which is no longer an option, It was  treatable but not curable condition after multiple chemotherapy and radiation treatments it was at bay for a short time. He has lost approximately 60lbs since then. The recent news is that the cancer cells has spread to his lungs. All doctors are in agreement to discontinue treatments and it will 100% keep spreading thru his blood cells. His recent life exspectancy has dropped from months and years to days and weeks. Any gracious donations would help with funeral arragements, unpaid medical and living exspenses. He put together a small unselfish bucket list and the top of that list he would love to attend a patriots game.    
     His family and friends would appreciate any help sharing his story.
