Let's buy Kerry a wig!

Just a month after getting married and a few weeks before her 29th birthday Kerry Blake (nee Davis) was diagnosed with breast cancer. At a time in her life when she should be planning for the future, making babies with Mr Blake and loving life, Kerry is facing something no-one should have to go through.

We've read that one of the hardest parts of chemotherapy is losing your hair, taking a shower and seeing it fall out in patches, waking up in the morning to a new day to find clumps of your hair on the pillow. The chemotherapy Kerry will be on means she will lose her hair. There are no if's or but's about it.

You may not know this but wigs are crazy expensive... real hair wigs are around £1,000 with good qualities ones around £1,500. Being able to buy a real hair wig for Kerry will mean her having one less thing to worry about. Being able to style her wig how she'd like it, being able to dye it or nip to the hairdressers. You can't do those things with synthetic wigs.

We're asking all of Kerry's friends, family and loved ones to support us in raising enough money to buy Kerry a wig. Even if you're only able to afford to donate a small amount, every single penny helps!
