Kerr Fraser ACL Surgery
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
We are raising money on behalf of 24 year old, Gretna FC 2008, semi-professional football player Kerr Fraser in order to minimise the cost of his ACL surgery.
Kerr is a full-time civil engineer who is on his feet all day performing work tasks. During 2 instances this season, Kerr suffered horrific injuries. The first never seemed so bad as anyone who knows kerr, will tell you he’s a battler and can grit his teeth. He was hauled off in a pre season friendly in July and sat on the side with what he was led to believe was a strain to his knee. Fast forward 2 months and Kerr is back in the Gretna FC 2008 lineup in a crucial league match against Cowdenbeath. Kerr made a sharp turn and immediately fell to the floor with no opposition around.
After numerous scans and specialist visits, it was found that Kerr sustained the following injuries as a result of playing football:
Ruptured ACL
2 tares in his Meniscus
Fractured Shin Bone.
As a result of these injuries Kerr has to take a significant amount of time away from work and is now facing the prospect of forking out over £7000 for his total surgery and scans.
Any help in aiding with his costs would be greatly appreciated and welcomed by him and his family.
Thank You
