Kenwood Lutheran Church Youth

We are going! On July 14-21, 2024, 5 of our young adults along with 2 adult leaders are going to participate in the ELCA National Youth Gathering in New Orleans. Gathering with 10k plus youth from the whole ELCA. We will worship and praise God, and we will experience what it feels like to see the spirit of God fill and inspire lives of faith and service in God’s world.

The theme for the gathering is “Created to Be”. Imagine what God’s spirit can do as it touches our lives and sends us back into the world, into our communities, into our churches and our homes.

We are asking for your support. We cannot do this without you, and we would never want to, because we hope to share this life changing opportunity with you. Every life of faith begins somewhere, and this may be the moment for each of us. Can we count on you? That is our hope, that is our prayer! Stay tuned for more opportunities to send us on our way!
